Returns & Exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition- unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Upon return, you have an option of a refund, exchange, or store credit. If you choose to get refunded, the return label will cost a flat rate of $7.99, which will be deducted from your total refund. Additionally, on sale items, you will be charged a restocking fee of $9.95. If you choose an exchange or store credit, your shipping label will be at no cost and you won't be charged a restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at sherrizervo@gmail.com, stating whether you want a refund, return, or store credit.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, items sent past 2 business days after receiving the shipping label will make you eligible for store credit. Any items failing to fall under the requested return conditions will be denied a return.

Late Return Requests
Requests to send items past the 2 business days must be sent within those two days, but will cost a $25 fee. That said, not all of these requests will be accepted. Requests accepted have an additional two business for items to be sent.
Cancelling Orders
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours hours after purchasing, but you will be deducted $25 from your total refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return of the item you have, stating that you would like an exchange for a different size or dress. Once the return is accepted and we receive your item, we will send you the requested item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
